Peraso Inc. (NASDAQ: PRSO) (“Peraso” or the “Company”), a leader in mmWave wireless technology, today announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement for a strategic investment of approximately $10 million from NantCapital, LLC (“Nant”) in a private placement, which is expected to close on or about October 28, 2026, subject to the satisfaction of closing conditions.
