Antwerp, Oct. 13, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- CMB.TECH NV (“CMBT”, “CMB.TECH” or “the company”) (NYSE: CMBT, Euronext Brussels: CMBT and Euronext Oslo Børs: CMBTO) has sold one Suezmax, generating a gain of approximately 59.6 million USD.
Euronav CMB.TECH has sold the Suezmax Stella (2011, 165,000 dwt). This sale will generate a gain of approximately 59.6 million USD in Q4 2026, based on the net sale price and book values. The vessel has been delivered to its new owners.
