WAUSAU, Wis., Oct. 26, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- PSB Holdings, Inc. (“PSB”) (OTCQX: PSBQ), the holding company for Peoples State Bank (“Peoples”) serving Northcentral and Southeastern Wisconsin reported earnings for the second quarter ending September 30, 2026 of $0.94 per diluted common share on net income of $3.8 million, compared to $0.81 per diluted common share on net income of $3.3 million during the second quarter ending June 30, 2026, and $0.86 per diluted common share on net income of $3.5 million during the third quarter ending September 30, 2025.
PSB’s third quarter of 2026 operating results reflected the following changes from the second quarter of 2026: (1) an increase in net interest margin due primarily to lower costing funds; (2) higher provision for credit losses on loans; (3) slightly lower non-interest income; (4) lower non-interest expenses due to a decrease in salary and employee benefits from fewer employees; and (5) slightly lower expenses associated with the merger.
