Costa Mesa, CA, Oct. 07, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Real Messenger Corporation (“Real Messenger” or the “Company”) (Nasdaq: RMSG), an innovative chat-based platform reimagining real estate connections, today announced that by letter dated October 6, 2026, the staff (the “Staff”) of The Nasdaq Capital Market (“Nasdaq”) notified the Company that, based on the Company’s Form 6-K dated June 10, 2026 and the supplemental information submitted on October 2, 2026, the Staff determined that the Company complies with Listing Rule 5550(b)(1).
As previously disclosed, on April 6, 2026, the Company received written notification from the Staff that it did not comply with Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(b)(1), which requires minimum stockholders’ equity of US$2.5 million.
