Geneva, October 13, 2026 – STMicroelectronics (NYSE: STM) announced today that its Supervisory Board has asked Jean-Marc Chery, ST’s President and CEO, to be available for a reappointment in his current role for an additional year. Jean-Marc Chery has accepted the proposal.
