Key Highlights
- ➤TAMP-enabled gemcitabine treated two locally advanced pancreatic cancer patients.
- ➤Both patients showed tumor response, reduced CA 19-9, and favorable imaging changes.
- ➤No major procedural complications occurred in either patient.
- ➤TIGeR-PaC Phase III trial reached full enrollment in August 2026.

“These findings strengthen the scientific rationale for our drug-delivery platform and support our broader mission to bring meaningful new options to patients with difficult-to-treat tumors, especially as promising pancreatic treatments emerge that could be delivered via TAMP enabled by RenovoCath.”
MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif., Oct. 01, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- RenovoRx, Inc. (“RenovoRx” or “the Company”) (Nasdaq: RNXT), a life-sciences company developing innovative targeted oncology therapies and commercializing RenovoCath(®), a patented, FDA-cleared drug-delivery device, today announced the publication of a peer-reviewed case series in Case Reports in Oncology from researchers at Hackensack Meridian Health’s Jersey Shore University Medical Center.
The publication describes two patients with locally advanced pancreatic cancer (LAPC), whose tumors were not surgically removable due to significant complex blood vessel involvement despite receiving extensive prior treatment. Both patients underwent chemotherapy utilizing TAMP-mediated local intra-arterial gemcitabine delivery enabled by RenovoCath. Notably, both patients demonstrated tumor treatment response with reductions in CA 19-9, a marker used to monitor disease activity in pancreatic cancers, and favorable changes on imaging, including resolution of vascular narrowing, without major procedural complications.
