(Nasdaq: RTSN) (“Retension” or the “Company”), a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on developing medicines for the treatment of hypertension and other cardiovascular diseases, announced today the pricing of its upsized initial public offering of 3,750,000 shares of its common stock at an initial public offering price of $12.00 per share. The gross proceeds to Retension from the offering, before deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and other offering expenses payable by Retension, are expected to be $45.0 million. All shares of common stock are being offered by Retension. Retension has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 562,500 shares of its common stock at the initial public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions. The offering is expected to close on or about October 13, 2026, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.
