EDINBURG, Va., July 29, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Shenandoah Telecommunications Company (“Shentel” or the “Company”) (Nasdaq: SHEN) announced second quarter 2026 financial and operating results.

Second Quarter 2026 Highlights * Glo Fiber Expansion Markets revenue grew 32.8% year over year to $26.3 million. * Total revenue increased 5.5% year over year to $93.5 million. * Net loss was $7.7 million compared to $9.0 million in the second quarter of 2025. * Adjusted EBITDA(1) grew 12.9% year over year to $32.0 million. “The second quarter marked several exciting milestones for Shentel.
