SK Hynix’s Solidigm has reportedly selected banks for a potential US listing as soon as 2027 that could raise about $10 billion and value the flash memory unit at as much as $100 billion.
Solidigm, the flash memory unit of SK Hynix Inc. (SKHY), is separately working with Goldman Sachs Group Inc. and Morgan Stanley to finalize a pre-IPO funding round, according to people familiar with the matter. The two firms were selected as lead banks for the planned offering.
