SK Hynix's Solidigm is considering an IPO as early as next year, with a potential valuation of up to $150 billion and roughly $15 billion in proceeds, though plans remain early-stage.

Solidigm, the US subsidiary of SK Hynix (SKHY; 000660.KS), held pitch meetings this week with investment banks competing for roles in the potential offering, one person familiar with the matter and a fourth person said. The process, known as a “bake-off,” marks a concrete step toward what could become the largest-ever US semiconductor listing.
