NASA awarded SpaceX (SPCX) a $946 million contract modification for three additional International Space Station crew missions, raising the company’s total missions under the Commercial Crew agreement to 17.
The firm fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity modification covers Crew-15, Crew-16 and Crew-17, along with related mission services. The period of performance runs through 2030 and brings NASA’s total Commercial Crew Transportation Capability contract value with SpaceX to $5.92 billion.
