Veteran healthcare software leader to oversee engineering, product strategy, and sales
Spok, Inc. (NASDAQ: SPOK), a global leader in healthcare communications, today announced the appointment of Shiv Gopalkrishnan as Executive Vice President and General Manager (GM). Reporting to Chief Executive Officer Vince Kelly, Gopalkrishnan will lead Spok’s engineering, product strategy, and sales organizations. Gopalkrishnan’s educational background is in engineering, with more than 25 years of experience in building and scaling healthcare software businesses across electronic medical records, revenue cycle management, virtual care, clinical workflow, and patient engagement.
