(Nasdaq: STRR and STRRP) ("Star" or the "Company"), a diversified holding company, announced today its Hudson Talent Solutions business ("HTS") has acquired Cornerstone RPO LLC ("Cornerstone"), a recruitment process outsourcing ("RPO") provider based in Richmond, Virginia. The transaction closed on November 2, 2026. Cornerstone will operate as part of HTS within Star's Business Services division.
