HOUSTON, Oct. 13, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Targa Resources Corp. (NYSE: TRGP) ("Targa", the "Company", or "our") announced today that our board of directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $1.25 per common share, or $5.00 per common share on an annualized basis, for the third quarter of 2026. This cash dividend will be paid November 17, 2026 on all outstanding common shares to holders of record as of the close of business on October 30, 2026.
The Company will report our third quarter 2026 financial results before the market opens for trading on Thursday, November 5, 2026, and will host a live webcast at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time (10:00 a.m. Central Time) to discuss our third quarter 2026 financial results.
