MINNEAPOLIS, Sept. 23, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- The board of directors of Target Corporation (NYSE:TGT) has declared a quarterly dividend of $1.16 per common share. The dividend is payable December 1, 2026 to shareholders of record at the close of business November 11, 2026. The fourth quarter dividend will be the company's 237th consecutive dividend paid since October 1967 when the company became publicly held.
