Set forth below are certain preliminary unaudited financial results for the three months ended September 30, 2026 and as of September 30, 2026: * Revenue for the three months ended September 30, 2026 is estimated to be within the range of $12.5 million and $12.7 million. * Gross margin for the three months ended September 30, 2026 is estimated to be within the range of 36.0% and 38.0%. * Adjusted EBITDA for the three months ended September 30, 2026 is estimated to be within the range of negative $1.2 million and negative $1 million. * Cash and short term investments as of September 30, 2026 is estimated to be $16.6 million.
