DALLAS , Oct. 08, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Texas Capital Bancshares, Inc. (TXSE: TCBI), the parent company of Texas Capital, today announced that its common and preferred stock have commenced trading on the Texas Stock Exchange (“TXSE”), following the transfer of their primary listings from Nasdaq.
Texas Capital Bancshares’ common and preferred stock began trading on TXSE at market open today under the ticker symbols, “TCBI” and “TCBI PRB,” respectively. The company expects to change the ticker symbols to “TXCP” and “TXCP PRB,” respectively, on November 9, 2026. No action is required by stockholders in connection with the ticker symbol change.
