(NYSE: TRN) (“Trinity”), a leading provider of railcar products and services across North America, is aware of and will fully defend against the antidumping and countervailing duty petition filed by UTLX Manufacturing LLC (“UTLX”), a wholly owned subsidiary of Berkshire Hathaway, Inc.
