“We expect Q3 to further demonstrate the effectiveness of our M&A model on our reported earnings. A year ago, we were a business with about $10 million of trailing twelve month revenue that had a significant adjusted EBITDA loss. We expect to report that trailing twelve month revenue has more than doubled to ~$24 million and the Adjusted EBITDA has improved significantly. Our pro forma 2026 revenue is expected to be $50 million, reflecting the STEPR acquisition that is expected to close in Q4, and we anticipate reporting a positive Adjusted EBITDA for the first time. As we promised, we expect to deliver results that set us up well for near-term profitability, establishing a new baseline that will make future deals even more effective.”
