UDR, Inc. Announces 220(th) Consecutive Common Stock Dividend

UDR, Inc. (the “Company”) (NYSE: UDR ), a leading multifamily real estate investment trust, today announced that its Board of Directors declared regular monthly dividends on its common stock with record dates in October, November, and December 2026. These dividends amount to $0.145 per share per month and will be payable in cash on the payment dates set forth in the following table to UDR common stock shareholders of record as of the close of business on the corresponding record date in the following table.
