NEWARK, N.Y., Nov. 05, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Ultralife Corporation (NASDAQ: ULBI) reported operating results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2026 with the following results: * Sales of $48.3 million compared to $43.4 million for the 2025 third quarter * Gross profit of $13.3 million, or 27.5% of revenue, compared to $9.6 million, or 22.2% of revenue, for the 2025 third quarter * Operating income of $3.2 million compared to an operating loss of $1.0 million for the 2025 third quarter * GAAP EPS of $0.14 compared to ($0.07) for the 2025 third quarter * Adjusted EBITDA of $5.6 million compared to $2.0 million for the 2025 third quarter * Backlog of $136.0 million compared to $117.5 million exiting the second quarter of 2026 On October 27, 2026, Ultralife announced that it has agreed to be acquired by EnerSys (NYSE: ENS) in an all-cash transaction valued at approximately $320 million, including the assumption of net debt. The transaction is expected to close in the first quarter of 2027. In light of this pending transaction, Ultralife will not hold a conference call to discuss third quarter results.
