PITTSBURGH, Aug. 4, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Viatris Inc. (Nasdaq: VTRS) today announced that on August 3, 2026, its Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.12 per share for each issued and outstanding share of the Company's common stock. The dividend is payable on September 16, 2026, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on August 21, 2026.
