Viatris Announces Quarterly Dividend

PITTSBURGH, Nov. 4, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Viatris Inc. (Nasdaq: VTRS), a global healthcare company, today announced that on November 2, 2026, its Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.12 per share for each issued and outstanding share of the Company's common stock. The dividend is payable on December 16, 2026, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on November 23, 2026.

As previously announced, Viatris will report third-quarter 2026 financial results on Thursday, November 5, 2026.
