VOYA ASIA PACIFIC HIGH DIVIDEND EQUITY INCOME FUND AND VOYA EMERGING MARKETS HIGH DIVIDEND EQUITY FUND ANNOUNCE TRADING SUSPENSION IN ADVANCE OF REORGANIZATIONS

Voya Investment Management, the asset management business of Voya Financial, Inc. (NYSE: VOYA), announced today that shareholders of Voya Asia Pacific High Dividend Equity Income Fund (NYSE: IAE) (“IAE Fund”) and Voya Emerging Markets High Dividend Equity Fund (NYSE: IHD) (“IHD Fund,” and together with IAE Fund, the “Target Funds”) approved the reorganization of each Target Fund with and into Voya Multi-Manager Emerging Markets Equity Fund (“MM EME Fund” or the “Surviving Fund”) (each, a “Reorganization” and together, the “Reorganizations”) at a combined special meeting of shareholders held on September 28, 2026.
