York Space Systems Announces Chief Financial Officer Transition

York Space Systems (York) (NYSE: YSS) today announced that Kevin Messerle, will step down from his current role as Chief Financial Officer. York has named Brian Frantz, currently Chief Accounting Officer, as interim CFO, effective August 14, 2026. York wishes Messerle well in his next chapter outside the industry.
